Ifairbay.com is teaming up with selected brands and shops to bring our customers even more products and a wider selection. Marketplace vendors select the products they want to offer and set prices themselves, they also store the items at their premises. Ifairbay.com takes care of the Quality Control and Delivery to our customers. If you are interested in showcasing your products on ifairbay.com as a seller, you can apply online.

The vendor will deliver your order by the Estimated Delivery Date specified by the vendor.

You can also track your shippment at any time by selecting the Order Number from your Order History on your ifairbay.com Account profile here.

Delivery

All delivery are management by the respective vendor. Delivery options are detailed on a product page when you click on the shipping button. Most items can be collected from vendoors’ store and we advise buyers to contact the item about their delvery options.

At the moment we offer our standard delivery of 5-7 days working days for products from the ifairbay.com Marketplace. As always, we aim to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible.

Do not bite your nails just yet; we will try everything to get your new items to you in no time. If you have not received your order, feel free to contact our fabulous Customer Service team and they will help you to locate your order. You are able to track the status of your order online using your order number.

Payment

ifairbay offers you the following payment methods:

Instant Eft with ipay & Slydepay

iPay and Slydepay are payment methods that take the hassle out of EFT payments. iPay and Slypay facilitate your online banking EFT process and enable your order status to be updated immediately.

These are the two major secure payment method in Ghana. iPay and Slypay our payment service providers, have EV SSL encryption certificates which gives their payment processing service an extremely high level of security.

When paying using iPay and Slydepay, the communication between you and your bank occurs as it normally would. iPay and Slypay merely facilitate the transaction between you and ifairay. iPay and Slypay do not store any online banking login details. Both payment providers also facilitates mobile money payment with all the major mobile network providers in Ghana

How Does it Work?

  • On checkout page, select iPay or Slydepay. You will be redirected to your bank’s login screen and prompted to login with your online banking details.
  • Once you have successfully made payment, you will receive instant notification that the payment has been successful and that your order will be processed.
  • There is no need to enter iFairBay’s banking details or order reference number
  • There is no need to wait for funds to reflect in the iFairBay’s account

Is it safe?

  • iPay ans Slydepay guarantee the highest levels of security when paying online
  • iPay and Slydepay have SSL encryption certificates which give our payment processing service an extremely high level of security
  • iPay and Slydepay act as a proxy between you and the bank to facilitate a faster, safer and easier payment process for both you and iFairBay.
  • Your online banking login details are NOT stored by iFairBay.

My Account

Simply follow these steps to register:

  1. Go to ifairbay.com
  2. Click register at the top right corner
  3. Enter your valid email address and your password (should be at least 9 or more character including special character such as !@?>)
  4. Select “I am a customer”
  5. Click the “Register” button

For address Postcode, please use 233″ and any of the 10 Regions for the “State”. Example; enter “Eastern Region” for the State Column”. As these are required, you will need to enter them before an account can be created for you.

Your Billing Address is the payment address you use to make payment

Return & Refund

Instead of having to fill in a boring paper based returns form, you can now contact the vendor directly to raise a ticket to return your item. Please see our Return Policy for complete instructions on how to return your purchased item.

Ifairbay.com vendors ensure that all items are of high quality when they are shipped to customers. Should it happen that your item is defective then please contact the vendor you bought the item from through ticket. If the vendor refuses to acknowledge your concerns, quickly send email to orders@ifairbay.com. A replacement item will be sent to you accordingly by the vendor. Should it happen that the vendor is out of stock, then you will be contacted by the vendor to arrange for refund replacement.
